Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional patient care in a clinical setting.
2. Perform routine check-ups, assessments, and prescribe treatments as needed.
3. Conduct patient follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust care plans.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
5. Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with EMR standards.
6. Adhere to all medical, ethical, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice medicine in Ontario (CPSO).
• Current CMPA membership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient care, professionalism, and teamwork.
