Physicians recruited to these positions have the choice of being remunerated either through Fee for Service billing or by participating in the Co-Managed Care Clinical Alternate Relationship Plan (ARP). The current gross compensation rate for the ARP is $444, 645 per annum for a full-time commitment (1.0 FTE, or 1928 hours per annum). In addition, After-Hours Time Premium payments apply for clinical services provided during evenings/weekends/holidays ($89.64 / hour) and for night coverage ($183.08 / hour), payable on top of base compensation. Fee for service billing is an additional available option, including after-hours premiums as above
