Family Physician – Downtown Toronto

We are (somewhat urgently!) seeking a warm, dedicated Family Physician to take over an existing panel of approximately 800 patients within our established group practice in downtown Toronto.

You will be joining a collaborative team of three other family physicians who value collegiality, mutual support, and continuity of care. Our clinic is a welcoming and patient-centered environment with strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on building relationships and providing comprehensive care.

Position Highlights:

• Take over an existing roster of ~800 patients, relatively young practice including pediatrics, families, women’s health, with relatively low chronic disease load
• Work alongside three supportive family physicians in a group setting
• FHO position (with FHO + coming soon which will provide hourly remuneration and coverage of paperwork time)
• EMR in place: Practice Solutions, Heidi AI scribe
• Charts extremely well maintained and preventive care up to date
• Bright, well-decorated clinic located in the heart of downtown Toronto, easily accessible by transit
• Shared coverage and collegial practice environment
• Flexible scheduling with opportunity to grow your panel over time (existing wait-list of patients looking to join the practice)
• Very competitive split, vacation cross coverage by colleagues , inbox management while on vacation, keep 100% of new patient attachment fee codes while growing roster.
• Optional incentives if interested in regular weekend work.
• Shared clinical assistant to help with vitals, BP checks etc
