Contract position paid via a 4-step primary health care compensation grid for a 0.8 FTE (includes 176 clinic days/year and on-call requirements). Emergency room coverage is remunerated separately through the Rural Emergency Room Stabilization Agreement. Eligible for RPIP (up to $200,000 over five years) and SMA Retention Fund ($7,000–$14,000/year).
