Facility:
8 Exam rooms
Internal Medicine specialist onsite.
Skin care Clinic onsite.
Pharmacy onsite.
Nursing station with full equippment.
We offer:

Work in person & Virtual.
EMAR is Web based for easy access
On-site free ample parking.
Full admin support with policies and guidlines onsite.
Ongoing Comprehensive marketing plan to support the clinic Growth.
We are seeking:
Provider who is willing to establish a stable schedule, and have a passion to work as a part of our team for best interest of patients.
Requirements:
Licenced to practice in Ontario and in good standing with CPSO.
based in ON OR moving from other province or USA.
Compensation:
FEE-FOR-SERVICE by OHIP (CCM-FHG MODULE) with a very decent competitive split.Split include (Full supportive admin, billing service to OHIP and blue cross, EMR, Rent, disposables and supplies, utilities and salaries).
Income : $450000-$600000 per year
