12 Month Clinical Associate Position – Department of Family and Community Medicine, UHN

The UHN Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking applications for one 12 month term clinical associate position in comprehensive family medicine, at the Bathurst site of the Toronto Western Family Health Team. We are an academic site that trains a large number of family medicine residents as well as other health professionals. Opportunity to work four to five half days per week. Opportunity to teach and supervise medical students and family medicine residents. An academic appointment at the rank of lecturer at the University of Toronto, Department of Family and Community Medicine will be obtained.

We have a very collegial and inter-professional practice which includes a broad array of health professionals, including nurses, social workers, physiotherapist, respiratory therapist, mental health worker, occupational therapists and in house specialists including a sports medicine certified physician, psychiatrist, GP psychotherapist, pediatrician, neurologist and dermatologist.

Remuneration is based on FFS averaging $400-600 per half day.

Term is August 1/September 1, 2025 until August 31, 2026, and may be extended.
