Job Description

Recovery Alberta, Central Zone is actively recruiting a Dentist to provide part-time Professional Dental services to the patients of the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury [CCMHBI].  The successful candidate will provide basic dental needs to patients within the facility one day per week.  

Basic Services Provided are: Complete dental examinations, Specific dental examinations, Emergency exam, Radiographs or X-rays, Consultations, Referrals as required, Oral hygiene instructions to staff and patients, Sensitivity relief, Pain relief, Sedative dressing, Occlusal dressing and adjustments, Occlusal adjustments, Restorations, Extractions, Oral Lesions, Sedation Dentistry with anesthesiologist.  The incumbent will provide psychological support to alleviate anxiety and post operative care.
