We are looking for a family physician to join our FHO at HealthSource Medical Clinic! We have an awesome, supportive practice with 5 doctors and great support staff in Toronto’s Annex neighborhood (Dupont Ave/Bathurst St). Some more details about the practice (www.hsmedical.ca):

•    A roster of about 900 patients, with room to increase if desired via active waiting list

•    A great mix of full spectrum care, including many women and young families/pediatrics

•    Practice responsibilities: a mix virtual and in person including one evening clinic weekly and occasional Saturday half-day UCC (1/6)

•    Physician Assistant available to assist with clinical duties, inbox management

•    Oscar PRO EMR and Ocean patient messaging and booking system

•    FHO position w blended capitation model, physician owned
