Job Description
24 hour ED coverage, starting at 0800 hrs July 2nd, through to 0800 July 17th (typical ED rotation for this site are 5, 10 and 15 consecutive days.)
In-patient component required (average census six)
Hospital accommodations will be provided. Fully furnished home, with all amenities. Including wifi for sole use. Physician is welcome to bring gues or family.
This ED sees approximately 10 to 15 patients per day.
ED is linked to Virtual Critical Care (HSN)
Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the hospital policy (either mileage at 0.57/km, or car rental, airfare, airport parking / taxi to/from home/airport)
Remuneration is as follows:
ED AFA = 137.66/hr = $3,303.84/ 24hr shift. (+ ED Shadow Billing, to be completed by hospital clerk, Physicians may also shadow bill for inpatient work with their own clerk)
