Take a break and work where it's truly feasible to see patients and then head to the river/lake for fishing/kayaking or hiking with the family the rest of the day? 

 

We are a group of 8 physicians practicing family medicine in the beautiful Haliburton Highlands and Minden area. We are also affiliated, and work collaboratively with the Haliburton Highlands Family Health Team. Clinic is open 4.5 days/week. Compensation is approximately $1060/day.

 

Haliburton Highlands Health Services (HHHS) ED is operated completely separately with locums available here as well. The ED is open 24/7 with shifts; 8am-6pm, 6pm-8am with an overlap shift 9am-7pm. Compensation is $250/hour. Helipad on-site. CT Scanner on-site. 

 

Waterfront accommodations available.

 

EMR; Telus PS in the clinic, EPIC in the hospital.

 

No OB or Anesthesia. No on-call.

 

Inpatient coverage is also available.
