Job Description
Emergency department locums are needed in Kirkland Lake, Ontario
We are seeking coverage on a monthly basis!

Remuneration and Billing
Temporary Locum Program (TLP) provides an additional $72.66/hour plus travel stipends between $300 and $500 per trip (as per the guidelines set by program until March 31, 2025)
Billing is completed by our local FHT billing clerks free of charge (mandatory)
Description/Duties
Emergency department shifts are 08:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, 18:00-08:00
Average of approximately 30-40 ED visits in 24 hours
NP Support in the department during the weekdays
Accommodations
Local accommodations can be provided within a 5-minute drive from the hospital. We also have two comfortable layover rooms within hospital for use overnight if required.
Travel & accommodations are reimbursed through the Northern Specialists Locum Program (NSLP)
Blanche River Health has two hospital sites located in Kirkland Lake and Englehart only 35 minutes apart.
