The community of Lloydminster is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a collaborative, well-supported Emergency Department on a fee-for-service basis, with opportunities of up to 1.0 FTE. Physicians will provide expert, comprehensive, and patient-centered care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions. This role offers significant variety and professional autonomy, allowing physicians to practice full-spectrum emergency medicine within a collegial, team-oriented environment. Lloydminster is a regional hospital with strong specialist support, including General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, and part-time Otolaryngology (ENT), and Orthopedics.This position offers an exceptional earning opportunity in a unique border community, with the added advantage of dual-province billing. Expected compensation ranges from approximately $400 to $600 per hour, depending on patient volume. Physicians seeking a diversified clinical practice may also choose to participant in hospitalist care, family practice, walk-in clinic services, procedural sedation, and other clinical interests, creating a flexible and rewarding professional practice.

Qualifications:
Certified or eligible to be certified with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)- Certification in Emergency Medicine (CFPC-EM/FRCPC/ABEM) is an asset but no essential
Regular or Provisional License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) (or eligible to be licensed)Current certification (or willing to obtain) in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)Valid driver’s licenseSuccessful SHA credentialing including but not limited to acceptable reference checks and criminal record check with vulnerable sectorCurrent Canadian Medical Protective Association coverageLegal entitlement to work in Canada
