Clinical Service Contract; Rural incentives including Rural Retention Program (RRP) flat fee $39,703.68 annually and 25.62% Fee Premium on top of MSP billings; RCME education funding ($1,320–$5,720 annually depending on years in community); Recruitment Incentive Fund (RIF) up to $20,000; Relocation funding $9,000 (within BC) / $12,000 (within Canada outside BC) / $15,000 (outside Canada); R-CMPA up to 50% refund of CMPA fees; REEF ER Incentive $400 per 24-hr shift or $200 per 12-hr shift; After Hours Premium; housing fully covered/no charge to physician; MOCAP on-call estimated (avg 1:3–1:4).
