Community Information
Just east of Alberta’s capital city lies Sherwood Park, a peaceful community with tree-lined streets, lakeside neighborhoods, and easy living. Despite maintaining its official status as a hamlet, Sherwood Park is Alberta’s seventh largest city, and is still growing. Sherwood Park has all the essential amenities and then some, hosting its own festivals, farmers’ markets, and more. Growing families have excellent options for kindergarten to grade 12 schools within the Public and Catholic School boards, as well as the K-12 Strathcona Christian Academy. Edmonton’s downtown core is just a quick half-hour drive away for anything else you might need – or want – to do.
