Serving a population of more than 100,000 people, Ross Memorial Hospital has an opening for a part time emergency physician.  The Emergency Department has approximately 45,000 visits annually and serves the needs of the City of Kawartha Lakes.  Access to CT, MRI, and a full complement of consultant specialists are just a few resources available to support the department. 

Compensation for this position is from the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) and is based on the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care's Alternative Payment Plan (APP).

Required qualifications:

- CCFP with prior ER experience

- Current licensure in Ontario

- ACLS, PALS, ATLS

Preferred qualifications:

- CCFP - EM or FRCPC
