For physicians who are seeking to join a Family Health Organization and benefit from the new FHO+ Model, we have have an opportunity for you.

As a community FHO located in East Hamilton, we are hoping to add 2-3 new physician members to our team.

Physicians with existing practices in the East Hamilton area as well as new physicians who are planning to build a new practice are welcome to apply.

Co-location is not required so long as as you are currently practicing within a 5km radius.
