Job Description
Endocrinology locum starting Feb 2025- Sept 2025 to cover a maternity leave in Oakville, ON. Flexible with dates and open to partial coverage.
Community Practice
- 2-3.5 days/week with Accuro EMR (flexible)
- shared office space with 2 supportive Endos + amazing MOA
Hospital Service (Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital)
- 1/2 day in DEC with full allied health support
- 1/2 outpatient clinic (same day)
- rotating pregnancy DM clinics (optional)
- DM/Endo inpatient service 2 and 8 weeks, M-F will DM NP support, weekend coverage limted to urgent consults only (infrequent)
- No Medicine call
