Exciting Opportunity: Office Space for Rent in Established Medical Clinic!
Are you a healthcare professional looking to join a well-established, supportive, and dynamic team? Our clinic, located at 1637 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa, is seeking a dedicated doctor to rent office space and join our practice!
About Our Clinic:
We are a team of 2 Family Doctors with a special interest in dermatology, providing comprehensive care to our community. Our clinic is designed to offer comfort and convenience to both staff and patients.
What We Offer:
- Modern Facilities: 6 exam rooms (including 2 procedure rooms), spacious waiting room, separate staff and patient washrooms, nurses room, washer/dryer on-site, and a staff kitchen.
- Flexible Hours: Our standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to noon. However, you can set your own schedule!
- Excellent Support Staff: Our team includes 2 full-time Medical Office Assistants (one is our clinic manager), a part-time Medical Office Assistant, and a part-time nurse with flexibility of transition to full-time as needed.
- State-of-the-Art Paperless System: We use PS Suites Electronic Medical Record with Ocean add-on for online booking and secure messaging, and we receive electronic referrals via Ocean. We use Mikata Health AI scribe which is integrated into the EMR but you can use any AI Scribe you want.
- Flexibility: You are welcome to bring your own staff and use your own EMR system, or seamlessly integrate with ours. We’re here to make the transition as smooth as possible.
- Competitive Overhead Split: We offer competitive terms tailored to your needs. You’ll have access to 2 exam rooms each day you work.
