The City of Niagara Falls is a small vibrant city located in the heart of the Niagara Region. With a population of just over 88,000 it is the second largest city in the Niagara Region with 2 international bridges to the USA. The region is home to a number of natural wonders offering a multitude of arts, cultural and recreational activities. 

Portage Family Health Team is seeking a physician to take over an existing FHO practice of approximately 1400 patients in the City of Niagara Falls, due to retirement. The practice is part of a 6 member Family Health Organization with independent offices throughout the city, 3 which are located on the same floor within the larger medical centre. The building has xray, lab, and specialist services and is located across the street from Greater Niagara General Hospital. Current physician is using Practice Solutions EMR.  FHT services include diabetes education, mental health services, physiotherapy, memory clinic, nutritian and chronic pain programs.
