• Virtual Clinic (Video/Phone)
• Weight & Diabetes Management Clinics
• Chronic Disease Management
• Extensive GP referral network Ontario GP network
• Telemedicine and Virtual Walk-In Clinic
• Subspecialty & Longitudinal Care Clinics
• Easy and Flexible Scheduling
