Family Medicine Locum – Midtown Toronto

Unify Health is looking for a family physician locum to join our established Family Health Organization practice in Midtown Toronto from approximately November 2026 to February 2027.

We are seeking coverage approximately 2 days per week, with flexibility regarding which days and hours are worked. Additional shifts may be available if desired.

Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and eligible to bill the Ontario Health Insurance Plan.
