Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable, patient-focused Family Physician to join our Executive Health Division. In this role, you will conduct in-depth, comprehensive medical assessments for executive-level patients, focusing on prevention, early detection, and optimized long-term health outcomes. This position is ideal for a physician who values relationship-based care, detailed assessments, and working in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full comprehensive medical examinations, including detailed history taking, physical exams, and risk assessments.
- Review and interpret diagnostic testing including bloodwork, advanced imaging, cardiac assessments, and specialty screenings.
- Provide tailored, evidence-based health insights and recommendations aligned with executive patient needs and lifestyle demands.
- Identify risk factors and develop proactive health strategies to support long-term wellness and preventive care.
- Collaborate with specialists, allied health professionals, and internal medical teams to ensure integrated, top-tier patient care.
- Deliver clear, professional consultations, including same-day verbal results and written summaries where required.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing program enhancements to elevate the quality and experience of executive medical services.
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP or equivalent).
- Valid, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the province/state of practice.
- Experience in preventive medicine, executive health, or comprehensive assessments preferred.
- Strong diagnostic acumen, clinical judgment, and ability to interpret complex results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a premium focus on patient experience.
