Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a fully equipped and EMR-enabled clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person and virtual consultations for patients of all ages
• Manage chronic diseases, acute care, preventive health, and minor procedures
• Collaborate with clinic staff and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR (OSCAR or equivalent)

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• CMPA coverage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
