Position Type: Part-Time (1–2 days/week) or Full-Time
Remuneration: Competitive 70/30 Split + FHO+ Hourly Rate ($80/hr) + New Attachment Bonuses ($150/pt)
The Opportunity
Join York Cardiac & Family Care, a modern, interdisciplinary clinic launching in Vaughan. We are looking for forward-thinking Family Physicians to join our team in a unique hybrid environment that blends specialized Cardiac Care with a high-volume Primary Care platform.
Our clinic is designed to solve the two biggest pain points in family medicine: Administrative Burnout and Low Efficiency.

- Cardiac Synergy: Collaborate on-site with our Cardiology team for seamless referrals, on-site Stress Testing, and Holter Monitoring.
Role Highlights
- Flexible Hybrid Model: Conduct initial physical intakes on-site with staff support, with the option to manage follow-up virtual consults from your own home/office.
- No "Paperwork Sundays": Our administrative engine is built to ensure that when your shift ends, your charting is done.
- Patient Growth: We have a massive concentration of unattached patients in the Vaughan/York region ready for immediate attachment.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree and CCFP certified/eligible.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Interest in technology-enabled practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
