What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Deliver culturally responsive care in clinic and community settings
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address social determinants of health
Participate in preventive care, health promotion, and screening programs
Optional teaching opportunities with medical trainees

What We’re Looking For

MD + Family Medicine residency
CPSO license + CCFP designation
CMPA coverage
Commitment to equity-driven, community-based care
Team-oriented, flexible, and ready to work in diverse settings
Knowledge of the Rexdale Community is an asset
Fluency in French, Spanish and/or Arabic is considered an asset

Location: We have 3 sites in North Etobicoke: 8 Taber road, 222 Dixon and 21 Panorama, plus some travel within North Etobicoke on our mobile health bus.

Salary: $160.64 per hour (as per OMA) plus HOOPP & a very generous Benefit and vacation package

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with the occasional evenings to 8pm and Saturdays - Full-time (35 hours) or Part-time (TBD)
