FFS Opportunity, with Potential to Join FHO/FHT Practice in 6-12 Months

Are you looking for an opportunity to support patients in an under-serviced part of the Hamilton Mountain? The Unattached Patient Clinic, an innovative model of care for individuals and families who are not rostered to a family doctor and require access to primary care, is a unique opportunity to work in a FFS model, caring for 800+ patients in the direct community. This opportunity offers the potential for the physician to join the on-site and well established FHO/FHT group practice in the next 6-12 months, pending MOH approval.

The Unattached Patient Clinic (UPC) is looking for a physician to work at least 2.5 days per week, working 9:00-5:00PM, to care for the already existing 800+ patient base.

Located on the Hamilton Mountain, with easy access to the 403 and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, the office offers the physician two exam rooms, a private office space, kitchenette and free parking. The clinic uses Telus PS EMR.

The candidate will be supported by a receptionist Monday-Thursday, an RN on Fridays, and has full-time EMR, billing, and management support by on-site staff.

An income split of 75/25 is being offered for this position.
