Job Description
This is an opportunity to take over a longstanding rostered practice and provide ongoing comprehensive care for patients of all ages and a wide range of medical issues. There are currently 10 family physicians with independent patient rosters working together and supporting each other in an FHO model of care with nursing and administrative staff, a full lab facility and other health care services available. Many of our physicians and staff have worked together for decades with the HFO growing over the years to include new physicians and staff and constantly incorporating new technologies and services to improve patient care. This recruitment effort is to replace a retiring physician in July 2026 (negotiable). The current roster includes a very manageable 1200 patients which could easily be increased if preferred by a new physician.
