Compensation Type

Blended Capitation (FHO)

Est. Annual Salary Range: Varies – it depends on patients rostered and you should be able to get exact numbers from your college.

Overhead Type / Amount: Fixed Overhead; Call to inquire ($8,000-$10,000 and is subject to change)

Admin Staff: TFHT will support physicians in finding an admin staff (unless POD they join has one). Admin staff are trained and monitored by TFHT Admin

Other compensation/incentives/perks: CK Task Force 1 time incentive $25,000

Housing Provided: NoNFORMATION

Patient: Take over an existing roster; build a roster; absorb unattached patients

Est. Patient Roster Size: 700 - 2000

Pt Demographics: Participation in urgent care clinics is mandatory as per the Ministry of Health

Est. Weekly Pt Hours: flexible; 35 hours per week
