Evergreen Family Health Centre.

Relocate your practice to our clinic. The clinic is physician owned and run. We are looking for family physicians who are looking to move their patients or start a new practice. 

New Grads and IMGs are welcome to apply. LMIA is currently available for IMGs. There is a waitlist of over 1600 patients.

There are 8 exam rooms.

Location - Nepean, Ottawa. 

Commitment: Full-time.

Space available now.

Overhead Costs: competitive.

Practice Demographic: build your own practice from scratch or port over an existing roster of patients.

EMR: Telus PS.
