Fee-For-Service

Salaried physician position (Regular, Part‑Time 0.50 FTE). Benefits include municipal pension plan and comprehensive benefits; Rural Fee Premiums 14% + Flat Fee Premium $21,696; Rural Recruitment Incentive Fund up to $20,000 (based on FTE); Rural CME funding ($1,320 Year 1–2; $3,520 Year 3–4; $5,720 Year 5+); moving expense allowance and potential loan forgiveness options.

Salary (salaried physician) with comprehensive benefits including municipal pension plan, statutory holidays (13) and vacation accrual.

This Position is Fee For Service. The overhead fees will be discussed with the candidates during the interview. Alberta Medical Association (AMA) Compensation Programs - AMA Membership compensation programs are under review and may be subject to change.

Fee-for-Service. Average Annual Income: $250,000.00.

The average gross income of a Family Medicine Physician in Alberta is $380,522. Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee-for-service model and may include additional program stipends.

This position is a Fee for Service position; billings are submitted to Alberta Health. Independent contractor income will vary - income potential $300,000 - $500,000/year.
