Practice Model: Family Health Organization (FHO / FHO+)

Compensation: 75/25 split (25% overhead)

Positions Available: 3 Family Physicians (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Opportunity

Saffron Health Centre is a professionally managed, established medical clinic in South London that is transitioning to a new FHO ahead of the upcoming FHO+ implementation.

We currently have three committed physicians and are seeking two additional Family Physicians to join the group. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking to enter or transition into an FHO, including those currently practicing under FFS, FHG, or other models. Our physicians are supported to be high earners, with strong patient demand, optimized billing, and full operational support.
