The Department of Surgical Services at Quinte Health is seeking a fellowship trained glaucoma specialist providing general ophthalmology and subspecialist services to the region.

Quinte Health will have OR time available for the Ophthalmologist that is recruited.

Full participation in the on-call schedule is a requirement of the position.

The operating room at Quinte Health is equipped for ophthalmic surgery and is located at Trenton Memorial Hospital. In addition, the hospital is also equipped with a YAG/SLT laser, retinal pattern scan laser, B-scan ultrasound, and a minor procedure room.

Eligible applicants will hold Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Ophthalmology and are eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
