Our clinic, located in the Newton neighborhood of Surrey, is looking for a full or part-time family doctor to join us. The clinic currently has seven family doctors; alongside an Internal Medicine specialist, Geriatrician, General Surgeon (who runs a vein clinic), Psychiatrist, Rheumatologist and an Orthopedic Surgeon all of whom are onsite working in the office. We are also in the process of bringing in a Pediatrician. We also run a Liver Clinic with a Gastroenterologist from Vancouver once per month. We also have Optometry, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Clinical counseling on site.

The exam rooms are spacious and there are rooms with windows for doctors to do their charts. We use Oscar EMR. We are fully set up for telephone medicine as well. We have over 25 exam rooms. There are eight MOA's that serve the clinic. This is an excellent clinic for new residents as there are multiple family doctors and specialists on site to help out with patient care. The Physicians and staff are experienced at mentoring Physicians new to BC.

The practice is extremely busy; there is no shortage of patients and the new physician will have the option of seeing as many or as few patients as they like. We would love to meet with you and show you the clinic.

The split will be 80/20.

Punjabi speaking would be an asset.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Provisional); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Desired); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
