Fraser Health invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in South Delta – a scenic coastal community in Metro Vancouver that blends small-town warmth with urban convenience. Our team provides urgent care after hours and on weekends, with a complement of 1 FTE primary care providers (family physicians and/or nurse practitioners).

We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and administrative support. You will participate as an active team member in the delivery of urgent primary care services to South Delta residents, both with or without a family provider.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
