I am looking for a locum for my upcoming maternity leave (9 months, July 2026 - April 2027) to cover my well-managed roster of ~1200 patients at our lovely clinic.

• Location: Bloor and Islington (easy access to Islington Subway Station if required). Very close to imaging and bloodwork lab.
• 6 half days per week (this includes one weekday after hours clinic) - I currently work Tues/Wed/Fri.
• Competitive rate: $500 per half day in clinic (*this does not include the FHO+ hourly billing, so the locum will be able to bill up to $80/hour on top of the per diem rate*), and 75% of third party billings
• Telus PS Suite EMR; Ocean for outgoing emails to patients and referrals.
• Very friendly and collegial team. Experienced and supportive family doctor colleague; orthopaedic specialist also works in our clinic 2 days per week. Takes referrals for sports medicine-type consults/joint injections etc.
• FHO group of 4 family doctors - one Saturday after hours clinic per month
