Remuneration will be on a fee-for-services basis through billings submitted by the physician to Alberta Health.

Salaried physician — salary and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience; comprehensive benefits including municipal pension plan, statutory holidays (13) and vacation accrual

Salary

Clinical Service Contract; may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (Retention Flat Fee $17,790.72)

Clinic: multiple compensation contracts to choose from + 20.02% rural premium; ER: APP + MOCAP + REEF; Estimated gross income: $400,000+ per year (full-time); Overhead: billing and accounting services included; Eligible for RSA retention premiums (20.02% and $31,025 retention flat fee).

Alternative Payment Arrangement — LFP (Longitudinal Family Physician) payment model; low overhead of 20%

Alternative Payment Arrangement; remuneration in accordance with the Doctors of BC Physician Master Agreement and the negotiated clinical service contract.
