Job Description

Dates: Starting mid Sept for 6-8 months, exact dates are flexible based on availability
Practice size: small well managed practice of approx 850 patients
Practice type: FHO Group practice with 6 other physicians
OSCAR EMR with good IT support and remote access
Supportive, well-managed clinic with excellent administrative support, friendly staff. Both medical assistant and RN support available. More information about the clinic can be found here: https://www.mapleclinic.info/
Approx 5 half days per week plus after hours once weekly, flexible schedule with mix of in person and virtual care if desired to meet continuity of care requirements
Appointments are usually 15 min with option to book longer for complex visits
Rate: Compensation is full capitation, hourly rate, shadow billing, FFS and third party billings after overhead. Average monthly take home after overhead for the last 6 months has been 15 000 but will vary with FHO plus and hours worked
