- opportunity to join our FHO, currently 6 physicians working at different sites
- our FHO site currently has 2 family physicians (CMGs)
- located at Markham Rd. & Sheppard Ave.
- Accuro EMR (training can be offered if needed)
- build your own roster, or transfer to FHO model from your existing practice
- newly licensed physicians may qualify for income stabilization
can begin with trial of doing walk-in appointments / FFS before deciding to commit to joining our FHO
