FHO/FHT Family Practice Opportunity

Village Family Health Team in Liberty Village is seeking a family physician to join our team and start a new practice! You would become our 14th physician member. Highlights of this opportunity include:

·      Start a new practice with comprehensive support including a full-time RN for patient intake. RN will collect medical history, obtain previous records, collect baseline vitals and bloodwork. Build a new practice quickly and efficiently!

·      Support for Income Stabilization Program if desired.

·      Capitated model of compensation with competitive rate of overhead

·      Support from a FHO of 13 family physicians. We are a tight and supportive group! Great for a new grad – lots of peer support.

·      Interdisciplinary team-based care including OHIP-covered access for your patients to social work, nursing, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, dietician, chiropodist, and physiotherapy.

·      Flexible work schedule.  Set your own schedule. Group expectations include one evening per week, and one Saturday every 3 months.

·      Located in the unique Liberty Village neighbourhood.

·      Technological tools: Accuro EMR, secure messaging to patients, Ocean eForms, Ocean eReferral, AI Scribe.

·      Purpose-built office space including a dedicated procedure room, central nursing hub, back office space for physician charting
