Clinical Service Contract; clinic work on LFP payment model; ED shifts contracted at $300–$340/hr; LFP payment model for LTC and inpatient rounding; overhead approx $450/day; RSA incentives (subject to change): recruitment incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated), relocation up to $15,000, flat fee $12,366.72, fee premium 7.98%, CME $2,200/year (yrs 3–4) and $4,400/year (after 4 years).
