The Marshall Eliuk Peace River Community Health Centre is seeking a Gastroenterologist Visiting Specialist to provide services alongside the local physicians, to provide on-site endoscopy service. 

The ideal candidate will travel to Peace River 4 times per month, 1 day per visit to see gastroenterology patients wait-listed for endoscopy. 

Duties include but not limited to:

• Obtain and maintain an AHS Medical Staff Appointment and appropriate privileges to provide the Services.
• Work collaboratively with peers and care team colleagues in support of patient care.

• Current Alberta Practice Permit to practice in the advertised position (proof of to be included with application).
• Have certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification (RCPSC).
• Recent and relevant experience in all areas of practice required, as Most Responsible Physician.
