Listowel Memorial Hospital (LMH) is seeking Hospitalists to provide inpatient care in a collaborative, community hospital setting. Locums or regular rotations welcome.

LMH is a 39-bed primary care hospital serving Listowel and surrounding communities, with medical and CCC/ALC beds, 24/7 laboratory services, on-site CT, X-ray and ultrasound access, Cerner EMR, and strong specialist referral and transfer networks.

Position Highlights

• 7-day coverage blocks (Monday to Monday)
• Acute medical and CCC/ALC inpatients
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team with nursing, allied health, emergency, surgical, anesthesia and obstetrical support
• Cerner electronic medical record. Orientation and training provided

Compensation

• **Holiday Weeks*** $6300 weekly stipend plus 100% fee-for-service billings
  • $900/day stipend + 100% FFS
  • Complimentary housing available
• FFS billing submitted and retained by the hospitalist

Qualifications

• CPSO licensure
• CCFP and/or relevant hospital medicine experience
• CMPA membership
• Strong clinical and collaborative practice skills

Listowel is centrally located in Southwestern Ontario 35 mins northwest of Kitchener-Waterloo and Stratford, 1 hr from Lake Huron, 1.25 hr to Collingwood, 1.25 hrs from London and 2 hrs from Toronto.
