Our newly renovated and modern clinic in a central Kelowna location. This is a great opportunity for new physicians looking to build their practice or seasoned physicians looking to switch locations.

We will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition to the practice. You can expect flexible hours and create your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want! We support fee for service, new to practice or longitudinal family practice model. Competitive split offered.

Duties:

-Provide health care services in a competent, conscientious, and professional manner;
-Provide comprehensive medical ie, take patients histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures;
-Prescribe and administer medications and treatments;
-Schedule and administer follow-up examination;
-Refer patients to other providers for specialized treatment;
-Coordinate care with other medical professionals;
-Build long-term relationships with patients;
-Advise patients in health management and disease prevention;
-Consult with the team as needed, attend meetings as requested.

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Provisional); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Eligible (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
