This care centre sees patients who might normally go to a family doctor or nurse practitioner for their ailment, if an appointment had been available. Patients will typically be seen by a physician, but they may also be seen by a physiotherapist, a nurse, a social worker or other clinician, depending on the nature of their injury or illness.

The care centre is seeking Family Physicians to join a collaborative, team-based care environment that supports both professional autonomy and work-life balance. Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) – Emergency Medicine (Desired); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
