Downtown Brantford Clinic Requires a Locum Physician for 2 - 3 Days Per Week From June Until September. 

A large, well supported clinic located in the heart of down town Brantford requires locum coverage for summer from June until September. 

• FHO Model
• Currently 5 physicians and 2 NPs to support
• Approximately 10 000 patients shared among the 5 physicians and NPs
• RNs are responsible for referrals and results triage
• Includes a Pain Clinic, Diabetes Clinic, Mental Health Supports
• Addiction Clinic is across the street
• Clinic Manager oversees operations with Physician Leads
• Team Based Model: roster is shared and physicians cover off for each other. All share inbox responsibilities and after-hours requirements.

OPPORTUNITY: 2 - 3 days per week Locum coverage. Flexible schedule and abundantly supported with nursing, admin and physician colleagues.
