Fee-For-Service Split

Contract: $2,045.45/day (less overhead) plus on-call after-hours and weekend stipend; potential annual range $370,000.00 – $449,900.00

Daily rate $1,971/day (NET after university admin fees) plus MSB on-call rates; eligible for annual Comprehensive Care stipend up to $30,000; eligible for provincial retention bonus $200,000 over 5 years for new-to-rural/remote practice; listed salary range $350,000–$400,000.

Hourly rate: $157.73

Contract: annual $369,694.00. Method of payment: Contract. Daily rates listed as $1,919 per weekday and $2,312/weekday.

Base potential income: $420,784–$456,784 (Contract). Daily rate $2,312 plus MSB on-call stipend; up to $30,000 Comprehensive Care payment; eligible for provincial rural/remote $200,000 bonus after 5 years. Potential income from call: $26,000.

Salary range $351,000–$400,000 (contract). Contract daily rate $1,931/day (net after university admin fees) plus MSB on-call rates. Eligible for annual Comprehensive Care stipend up to $30,000 and provincial retention bonus $200,000 over 5 years for new-to-rural/remote practice. Potential income from call approx. $25,000. Relocation/settlement packages and travel/accommodation allowances available for itinerant/locum roles.

Academic Clinical Funding Plan (ACFP) contract with competitive remuneration; on-call remuneration as per the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program (SECP).

This position is a Fee for Service position. There may be an opportunity to obtain a position on site with an agreed upon negotiated on-site contract. There is an agreement in place for specialist on call stipend for Obstetrical call service.
