Locum ER Physician(s) Shifts are 12 or 24 hours. Enhanced fee $420/hr Dec 23-27, 2025. Asking for minimum of three 12 hour shift commitment or more (24's available as well) but not required.

 

6 bed ED with 2 resuscitation rooms, two general rooms and two specialty areas for orthopedics and minor procedures. 64 slice high resolution CT scanner on site. Hospital has 30 Acute Care beds and 30 Rehab and Chronic Care. Three active operating rooms. Full time anaesthesia and surgical coverage.

12 or 24 hour shifts on site

Level 3: 19,000 per year.

Travel costs are re-imbursed 100% from HFO locum programs. There is also a private $600 per day travel honorarium paid for arrival and departure day.  Note:  Dec 23-27 the pay rate is adjusted to $420/hr.

Fully furnished homes/apartments are available, walking distance from LVGH. $120 per day for locums.  Receipts available from Riverside Health Care for full reimbursement from HFO locum programs.  Payment can be made at front desk of La Verendrye General Hospital with debit or credit card.  Local hotels and Airbnb's are also available.  Recruiter available for logistical support and questions.

On call is currently 1-in-8 shared by local doctors and locums. 12 or 24 hour shifts depending on personal preference.

"Level 3A" ER  $420/hr 12 or 24 hours shifts available for Dec 23-27, 2025.
