Seeking a locum Family Physician to provide coverage August through November at a well-established practice within the Grand River FHO, located at The Boardwalk Medical Centre in Waterloo.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Roster Size: 750 patients
• Clinic Schedule:
• Tuesday AM (9:00–12:00)
• Wednesday PM (1:00–4:30)
• Friday AM & PM (9:00–12:00 & 1:00–4:00)
• Some flexibility available
• Office Team:
• 6 physicians on site
• Supported by 3 administrative staff and 2 nursing staff
• Compensation: $150/hour, plus 1 hour of paid paperwork per full-day clinic
• Patient Demographic: Primarily young families and well babies
