Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) is looking for an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team.
In this role you will be part of a supportive inter-professional team delivering care in a hospital that has great clinical leadership and positive workplace culture. You will be part of a group who works collaboratively to provide evidence based patient centred care and recovery-oriented services across the full spectrum of care in both the outpatient clinic settings , as a consultation liaison psychiatrist and emergency department . Also, you will have variety in your professional practice through our strong links with various community partners including primary care and social service agencies.

Your Qualifications
- Registration or eligibility for an Independent License with the CPSO Note: CPSO supervision arrangement would be considered for the right candidate.
- Certified with Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) for Psychiatry
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, committed to service excellence, and a motivated team member.
Cambridge Memorial Hospital is a 190-bed community hospital, equipped with modern diagnostic laboratory and imaging support services. Our Labour & Delivery and Postpartum floor, as well as Surgical Suites, have been recently updated, ensuring a contemporary and comfortable working environment. CMH is classified as a Level 2C hospital, specializing in the care of mothers and babies from 34 weeks gestational age and above, handling between 1400-1600 deliveries annually.
We are an affiliated teaching site with the Waterloo Campus of the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University and work with a variety of levels of medical learners.
Located in Southwestern Ontario, Cambridge offers a vibrant and growing community. We are minutes away from Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph, and within an hour commute major cities including Toronto, Hamilton and London.
