About Us:
We are a well-established and rapidly growing pain management clinic specializing in the comprehensive care of patients with chronic headaches, migraines, and concussions. Our interdisciplinary team includes interventional pain physicians, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, naturopathic doctors, and medical assistants — all working collaboratively to deliver patient-centred care.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced physician to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. Whether you're trained in Canada or the U.S., if you're passionate about improving the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain, this is an exceptional opportunity.
Position Highlights
- Dedicated Support: Each physician will be provided with a dedicated medical assistant to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
- Flexible Workspaces: Physicians have the flexibility to work out of 2 to 3 rooms, optimizing patient flow and efficiency.
- Patient Volume: Full-time physicians can expect to see approximately 30 patients per day, averaging 4 patients per hour.
- High Patient Flow: Benefit from a robust patient base that ensures a steady stream of appointments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 1:1 patient consultations and assessments.
Diagnose and manage patients with chronic migraines, post-concussion symptoms, and neuropathic pain.
Collaborate with in-house allied health professionals for multidisciplinary care.
(Optional) Perform interventional procedures including trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and ultrasound-guided injections (training provided if needed).
Participate in protocol development and chronic care pathway planning.
Remunerations: FFS split 75/25
Qualifications:
Eligible for licensure with the CPSO:
U.S. Board-Certified Physicians are eligible for independent licensure in Ontario.
Royal College Approved Jurisdiction physicians are eligible for supervised practice.
Physicians who have completed the RCPSC Practice Eligibility Route + MCCQE1 are also eligible.
